Performance QA Automation Engineer (Remote)

<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a talented Performance AQA Engineer to join Crystal team. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Gathering no-functional requirements for performance testing.</li> <li>Build a repository of historical performance runs to plot trends over timetaking into accounts business needs.</li> <li>Developing, perform, debugging and maintenance of performance tests.</li> <li>Analysis of obtained result.</li> <li>Preparing of reports with potential problems identifications and giving. recommendations for improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct performance testing as part of the SDLC.</li> <li>Integrate performance testing as part of the CI/CD pipeline.</li> <li>Maintain and improve existing functional automated tests.</li> </ul> <ul> </ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years as AQA.</li> <li>3+ years experience in performance testing area.</li> <li>Practical understanding of RPS, throughput, latency, memory and CPU utilisation.</li> <li>Experience in REST architecture testing.</li> <li>Practical experience or understanding of blockchain technology would be a plus.</li> <li>Proficiency in English.</li> </ul> <ul> </ul><p><strong>Would be a plus:</strong></p><ul> <li>Python and Java programming skills </li> <li>AWS (ECS/EKS/S3) </li> <li>JMeter, Locust, any other load testing framework would be a plus </li> <li>APM tools (Datadog, New Relic, etc.) </li> <li>Kibana/Grafana </li> <li>CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, Github Actions, etc.) </li> <li>SQL</li> </ul><ul> </ul>
