About the role

A Day in the Life:

The Financial Analyst partners with the Mobility and Oro teams to help drive financial visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision-making. This role will support financial planning, monthly actuals reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis and reconciliations. In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to provide clear reporting, identify opportunities and risks, and support key decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide financial business analysis, decision support, and thought leadership.
  • Develop financial forecasts, analyze business trends, generate internal management reports, and monitor key performance indicators. 
  • Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for short-term and long-term business planning.
  • Advance data mining, modeling and in support of identifying key business drivers and providing actionable insights.
  • Deliver timely and accurate analysis of business performance, including revenue, operating expense, EBITDA impact, and variances to forecast, annual operating plan, and prior year results.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related Quantitative field.
  • 0 - 2 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics experience in an analytical or reporting role preferred
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, or other reporting tools preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and business performance
  • Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage multiple priorities with a high “say/do” bias
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
  • Results driven, with the ability to help overcome business challenges and support data-informed decisions
