We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurses Aids (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the following areas:

• Springfield, MO + surrounding areas

Looking for a flexible role? We’re seeking a Float Caregiver who’s open to a variety of assignments across Greene + Christian County. This position is ideal for someone dependable, adaptable, and willing to step in where coverage is needed.  

• Flexible hours/days (schedule varies based on client needs)
• Assignments may change; not a fixed client schedule
• Must be comfortable working in homes with pets and/or smoking
• Reliable transportation required; travel within the county is expected
• Weekly pay
  • PCA/HHA/DSP/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
  • Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr

 Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers - 

• Activities of daily living [ADL’s]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance/reminders
