We are currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire (US-NH), United States (US).
The Sr. Business Analyst will play a key role in the successful implementation and adoption of large health care system implementations and enhancements. The Sr. Business Analyst will work as part of a team providing Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). This position will be responsible for the testing effort for large New Hampshire projects and enhancements.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Participate in the Design, Development and Implementation of projects (DDI)
- Perform UAT for large projects and enhancements
- Communicate the status of testing projects to state subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other project areas to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicable.
- Coordinate test case creation, test execution and identify test data needed.
- Documenting the test execution and communicating with the developers regarding the deviations
- Participate in JAD sessions; document and track requirements that can be used to review/approve change orders and to develop testing plans
- Responsible for User Acceptance Testing to ensure the system is functioning as designed per requirements
- Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable.
- Assist in the Quality review of system documentation
- Extensive experience with creating and maintaining Sharepoint sites
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of additional relevant Business Analysis experience
- Minimum 6 years of Business Analyst experience including:
- Minimum 3 years of experience on MMIS projects
- 2 years’ health care experience with UAT including regression and system integration testing
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Excels in Microsoft programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and SharePoint
- Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems
- Experience in business analysis and testing for a health care system
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $79,920- $110,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
