  • THE ROLE 
  • When you join the YES Prep team, some of the exciting work and responsibilities will include: 
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze relevant student data to evaluate progress, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. 
  • Ensure compliance with campus and district policies regarding student achievement, behavior systems, and support plans. 
  • Use data to drive strategic planning, progress monitoring, and the continuous improvement of campus systems. 
  • Manage, coach, and develop Grade Level Chairs through real-time feedback, communication, observations, and collaboration. 
  • Provide coaching that aligns campus culture systems with the vision for student achievement and wellness. 
  • Model effective leadership and best practices to ensure Grade Level Chairs can successfully develop their teams and sustain positive outcomes. 
  • Develop and implement systems that support Tier 1, 2, and 3 interventions to address students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. 
  • Create sustainable systems of accountability that drive student achievement and improve campus culture.
