Digital Marketing Team Manager

Are you a digital marketing leader who thrives on strategic thinking and can effectively lead a team while also jumping in as a producer when necessary? Join our Digital Marketing Team as the Digital Marketing Team Manager. In this role, you will create strategies, manage projects, lead people, and influence the direction of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement scalable Google Ads and Facebook strategies for our clients. As we expand into new platforms, develop winning strategies that scale.
• Project Management: Organize people and resources, keeping track of details and deadlines to ensure timely project completion.
• LMA: Effectively lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of four professionals.
• Influence Product Direction: Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to future iterations of our products and strategies.

Team Collaboration:

• Work within the Digital Ads office alongside four other team members.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, stepping into the role of a producer when necessary and leading by example.
• Engage in regular communication and collaboration across departments, including launch, website, and media teams.

Requirements

• Extensive Google and Facebook Ads Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in Google and Facebook Ads, with hands-on experience as a producer within these platforms.
• People Management: Previous experience managing people.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze digital marketing data and trends to shape future strategies.
• Strategic Thinking: Capable of solving problems with limited resources.
• Google Sheets Proficiency: Expertise in optimizing and utilizing Google Sheets for data management.
• Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on constantly improving core processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Marketing Agency: Experience in an agency setting is highly preferred, but not required.
• Multifamily Industry: Experience in the Multifamily industry is preferred, but not required.
• Project Management Software: Experience with Monday.com or other project management software is preferred.
