YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role are to: 

• Develop a content package to deploy on global Bayer channels;
• Design and create engaging social content for the package including video, graphics and other post types across channels;
• Support in other various content and channels projects such as social channel governance and community management.

 

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Masters student studying Content Design, Corporate Communication, Journalism, Digital Communication or Social Media Marketing;
• Strong video editing, writing and graphic design skills are essential, as is the ability to manage several projects simultaneously within required deadlines;
• Proficiency with managing Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and Youtube;
• Familiarity with our business topics as well as content design tools such as Canva and social media management tools such as Sprinklr is a plus;
• Proficiency with remote work environments, especially Teams and Skype; Internet capabilities and connectivity are a must;
• Exceptional video, graphic design, writing, editing and listening skills;
• Proactive, attention to detail, innovative and creative mindset;
• The ability to prioritize and to juggle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines;
• The ability to collaborate with colleagues outside of immediate team;
• Desire to work in a diverse, mission-driven environment that values differing perspectives.
