As a Business Experience Planning & Admin Group Manager within PNC's Business Technology & Innovation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

• Must have authority and confidence to accelerate and pause changes balancing the need for quick implementation; however, considering risk management.
• The candidate needs to partner and challenge the Enterprise Change Management policies and procedures for improvement.
• Transform the CAB, documentation and approval process.
• Manage all aspects of IT change management processes/procedures.
• Review and implement processes improvements for documentation of change management processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Coordination of all IT change management across all BTI organizations.
• Primary Authority to veto changes from moving forward if poses risk to environment.
• Primary voice of change at Senior Level Meetings/Reviews related to change (TRB, ETCB)
• Partner with SRC’s change management team to evolve transparency of changes, monitoring, and validation.
• Push for tighter integration between change and release management.

Job Description

  • Oversees cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Defines key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for the evaluation and transformation of business models for the line of business to improve their organizational effectiveness, expand business, and increase profits
  • Leads team in execution of strategic plan and/or specific initiatives to achieve line of business goals.
  • Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Leads a team or multiple teams that develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
