Chief of Staff

<p>As the founding Chief of Staff at Bold Charter School, you will be part of a mission-driven and outcomes-oriented organization focused on building world-class schools. You will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to implement the organization’s strategic priorities. You will join a collaborative team of professionals who are relentless in their pursuit of educational excellence.&nbsp;</p> <p>To help us achieve our vision, we are searching for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of aligned leadership experience. A JD, MBA or graduate degree in a related field and experience in a K-12 setting are preferred. Ideal candidates will have a creative and solutions-oriented mindset, a foundational belief that every child deserves a world-class education, and a commitment to learning and internalizing Bold’s model, vision, and values as they support the organization’s strategic growth.</p> <p>Key Priorities&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with leadership to implement strategic priorities, ensuring that Bold’s strategic vision is executed at a high level</li> <li>Design and implement scalable systems that support the organization as it grows and expands its impact</li> <li>Manage charter development, annual compliance, and state reporting with school authorizer(s)&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage development of school policies and compliance measures, working closely with leadership team and legal counsel&nbsp;</li> <li>Support preparation, presentation development, and communications for board and other meetings</li> <li>Demonstrating a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in ensuring that all students excel</li> </ul> <p>Strong candidates will:</p> <ul> <li>Have strategic project management experience at the senior organizational level</li> <li>Demonstrate an ability to multitask effectively and prioritize strategically, moving fluidly between high-level strategic thinking and operational details</li> <li>Have an ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive outcomes</li> <li>Be a person of high moral character and with well-developed emotional intelligence</li> <li>Have a keen eye for detail and proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining organizational systems and policies</li> <li>Ability to partner with a broad range of stakeholders with varied interests and needs</li> <li>Demonstrate a strong commitment to and alignment with the mission, beliefs, and values of Bold</li> <li>Hold a commitment to solutions-based problem solving and previous experience of such</li> <li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree with an outstanding record of achievement and leadership; advanced degree preferred (JD, MPA, MBA
