Product Developer, Assoc

Join Epicor as an Associate Product Developer, contributing to the development of innovative solutions within our eFlex Systems division. Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance our cloud-based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) technologies, focusing on digital work instructions, process control, and real-time visibility to empower manufacturers in modernizing their production environments.

What you will be doing

• Assisting in web development projects using frameworks like Ember, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborating with team members to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes and tools.
• Writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Gaining experience with Enterprise application technologies, such as RabbitMQ and Redis/ElasticSearch.
• Learning and following software craftsmanship practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming.

What you will likely bring

• 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• A strong understanding of common patterns in distributed systems, including REST, SOA, and SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with JavaScript and related web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to grow and learn.

What could set you apart

• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools and processes.
• Familiarity with load testing or other performance testing methods.
• A proactive attitude toward cross-training other developers through practices like pair programming.
