Currently, we are looking for 2 experienced Java Software Engineers, who will be at the forefront of an international team of professionals, making critical design decisions, optimizing data flows, and creating customer-centric solution designs.  Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and enhancing an OpenShift-based application, catering to data enrichment and linkage of financial instruments. What You Will Do

• contribute to the design and architecture of a new application, leveraging your expertise to create innovative solutions
• develop new requirements and functionality to meet stakeholder needs
• collaborate closely with business partners, product managers, architects, and developers to drive success
• drive data standardization, system scalability, and quality improvement efforts
• be part of a small DevOps team covering support and application management

 

What You Bring 

• experience in developing large-scale backend systems; must have: Java 11/17, Apache Kafka, nice to have: Redis, Git or GitLab
• knowledge of cloud computing, particularly with relevant OpenShift technologies and services
• strong experience in designing and building microservice-oriented applications
• familiarity with software engineering best practices such as unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation
• excellent team player with outstanding communication skills, excellent verbal and written skills in English
