Job Description
Asset Management Coordinator will facilitate numerous processes and accurately manage multiple types of documents in support of Tricon's Asset Management function.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit purchase/sale agreements to confirm all terms and conditions are in line with company standards
- Coordinate closing with all parties
- Collaborate with Accounting, Property Operations, and Asset Management to dispose of properties
- Assist team with all closing related documents
- Review applicable closing due diligence documents and settlement statements
- Ensure financial terms included in settlement statement are in line with approved transaction terms
- Address inquiries and requests from internal team members and third parties in a timely manner
- Track outgoing funds to ensure delivery to title to close home sales on time
- Audit, collect, manage, and verify collateral documents
- Resolve issues identified in title and due diligence review
- Resolve post close title matters
- Handle special projects and additional requirements as needed
- Manage email boxes associated with the Closing Department and Insurance Claims
- Assist with additional duties and ad-hoc projects as needed
Education And Experience
- 2-3 years transactional real estate experience, title/escrow, paralegal or finance background preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; and related experience and/or training
- Extremely strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Demonstrate and support the organization's ethics and values and foster teamwork
- Notary a plus

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
