Waterpark & Activities Ticketing Associate Seasonal Part-Time

This position will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service standards, cash control accountabilities and cleanliness of all associated areas including activity center, arcade, guest events and all outdoor amenities. Perform quick service food attendant duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Executing all resort activities and events (to include birthday parties). Prepare food and provide beverages to guests. Sells tickets using cash and credit card machine for the waterpark and register guests
• Consistent cleaning of activity center, arcade, amenities including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, hosing off decks, pick up trash, sanitizing, window washing, scrubbing tiles, empty and re-bag trash bins
• Performs other tasks as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled
• Demonstrated experience interacting with children and families
• Prior cash handling experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Food Handler’s card (company provided training)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks
• Ability to be self-directed
• Skill in attention to detail
• Effectively communicate in English for business and safety reasons
• Moderate decision-making is required under limited supervision
• Excellent customer service skills and cash handling experience
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday :11:30am-8:30pm
