Job Description

Concordia Homestore is seeking a reliable Sales Counter Associate & Bookkeeper. This person would be responsible for a wide variety of duties including assisting customers with in-store selections as well as accounting and office tasks. This is a full-time position with a benefits package.

Responsibilities May Include:

· Working the sales counter

· Assisting customers with purchases

· Receiving inventory

Accounts Receivable:

· Invoicing customers

· Recording customer payments into software

· Bank Deposits

Payroll:

· Generating time worksheets based on employee timecards

· Generating reports

· Maintaining accurate records

Preferred Requirements:

· Prefer building material experience but willing to train the right candidate

· Must possess basic computer skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong customer service skills

· Strong communication and organizational skills

*Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
