About the role

FINARTIX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Operations Department. In this role, you will support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to HR policy administration, time-off management, and performance appraisal coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient processes and positive experience for both candidates and employees.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting first-stage HR interviews, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates, Hiring Managers, and Interview Teams.
  • Oversee Interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate interactions to deliver a positive experience.
  • Support onboarding for new hires, including documentation, systems setup, and knowledge transfer coordination.
  • Manage off-boarding processes, including documentation, access deactivation, and exit logistics.
  • Maintain and update candidate and employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies across the organization.
  • Process employee leave requests, track balances, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide support for general Office Administration, supplies, and operational tasks within the Management & Consulting pillars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within the IT Industry.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and conducting HR interviews.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and basic HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset.
  • High organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work proactively.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
