The HVAC Install Technician will: 

• Installing, adding on, or replacing HVAC systems in residential homes
• Teaching and instructing Install Helpers while on job sites or working around shop areas
• Providing a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicating with homeowners

HVAC Install Technician Requirements:

• Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
• Customer Service Oriented
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
• Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• 2+ Years of HVAC installation experience, preferably in the residential market

This is a physically demanding job that requires the HVAC Install Technician to perform work in environments that will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, etc., and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
