About the Role
As a Traffic Control Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for hundreds of churchgoers arriving for worship. Your presence helps create a smooth, welcoming experience by ensuring vehicles move safely and efficiently throughout the parking areas.
What You’ll Do
Direct vehicle flow into, out of, and around the church parking areas
Maintain a safe environment for both drivers and pedestrians
Provide clear, respectful communication to guests and team members
Monitor traffic patterns and adjust as needed
Represent the church with positivity, patience, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable directing traffic and being on your feet for 6+ hours
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Good communicator with a calm, courteous demeanor
Prior traffic or event control experience is helpful but not required we’ll train you!
