- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, open to other majors
- Minimum 2 years of accounting, operations, or manufacturing experience

As an Operational Accounting Analyst:
What you will do:
- Responsible for the compilation and analytics of inventory activity; intercompany material transfer analysis
- Responsible for researching and analyzing consumption rates and BOM’s.
- Responsible for collecting and preparing operational KPIs.
- Responsible for researching labor variances and indirect labor usage.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly forecasts.
- Assist with Operations & Manufacturing projects; assist in annual physical inventories
- Assist in Operational Planning, output, and sales/shipping analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad hoc
- Proficient in overhead absorption and standard cost roll-up analysis.
- Slow moving and obsolesce review.
- Assist in month-end close and preparation of month-end reports.
- Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, open to other majors
- Minimum 2 years of accounting, operations, or manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, heavily in Access, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in consumption and inventory management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple people across different departments and levels.
