Assistant Studio Manager

Overview

Elements Massage Birmingham is looking for a leader who is hands-on, bright, and outgoing, to join our team as an Assistant Studio Manager.  Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management of selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to our wellness program, booking appointments, assisting with management support, and maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Assistant Studio Manager Qualifications 

• Experience in management 
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly
• Customer Service oriented
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Excellent organizer and problem solver 
• Able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends
• MindBody Software experience a plus
