Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining inventory control.

Duties

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems
• Oversee inventory control practices
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Manage distribution center operations
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of inventory control practices
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and distribution processes
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required
