About the role
This role owns the attraction and conversion of customer-facing, entry-level associates for the Workforce Staffing (WFS) Field Team. As a Recruiting Sourcer, you will directly impact the WFS culture and customer experience by hiring top talent to join our team.
This Recruiting Sourcer is well versed in the recruiting life cycle, candidate generation, and active sourcing techniques through community partnership relationships and candidate database mining. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to their business customers.
In this role, you will manage high volume searches against a timeline and utilize experience setting benchmarks and metrics. Recruiting Sourcers thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
Key job responsibilities
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing approaches for attracting and converting customer obsessed talent.
• Responsible for meeting stringent timelines for class hiring of candidates
• Build and maintain a data-driven sourcing strategy through proactive local market research and on-going relationship management.
• Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Drive forward recruitment strategies for optimization and efficiency, that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. Implement new ideas and innovate standard processes that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Report on progress and key performance indicators through regular business review metrics and narratives.

- 5+ years of working with CRM, ATS, or related applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools experience
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
- Experience working with essential tools of the trade, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $138,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of working with CRM, ATS, or related applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools experience
