As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Scheduling Management: Performing duties by entering data into multiple systems such as scheduling appointments and maintaining load information through load board and tracking sheets.
- Supplier Database Management: Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining supplier contact information database.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded, and building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with customers, both internal and external teams through written and verbal means, ensuring timely updates and resolution of any issues, while fostering open collaboration.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making: Employ critical thinking and sound decision-making skills to resolve operational problems and optimize supplier performance, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Embrace a customer-centric mindset, identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting solutions to enhance operational efficiency, driving innovation and progress.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A background in transportation operations (+2yrs) or bachelor’s degree
- Be a problem solver
- Be customer-centric and enjoy building relationships
- Able to learn and adapt quickly and handle multiple projects at one time
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will wow us if you have:
- 5+ years of experience logistics, supply chain management, brokerage, or a related field
- Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management or related field
- Account management experience
