<div> <div class="o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q"> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Join our team!</strong></span></div> </div> </div> <p> </p> <p data-start="135" data-end="377">We are seeking an <strong data-start="153" data-end="168">Assembler I</strong> to join our team!  This role is responsible for assembling construction machines and equipment, including but not limited to mounting, drilling, grinding, altering and aligning assemblies and subassemblies. </p> <p data-start="135" data-end="377"><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Lewisville, TX</p> <p><strong>Schedule: Shift: </strong>Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm</p> <p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$19.00 – $20.00/hour</p> <p><strong>Work Environment: </strong>Non-Climate-Controlled Warehouse</p> <hr> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Mechanical Assembly & Disassembly</strong></p> <ul> <li>Read and follow assembly instructions, engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine parts and sequence of operations.</li> <li>Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials before starting work.</li> <li>Use hand and power tools to file, buff, lap, and fit components with precision.</li> <li>Drill, tap, ream, countersink, and spot-face bolt holes using drill presses and portable power drills.</li> <li>Align, position, and adjust parts for accurate fitting and final assembly.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Quality Assurance & Testing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Inspect and test completed units to ensure proper fit, tolerances, and compliance with specifications.</li> <li>Identify and resolve assembly problems by modifying parts within allowable tolerances and escalating as needed.</li> <li>Apply nameplates and identifying information to completed units.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Team Contribution & Flexibility</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the team by assisting with other assembly tasks and cross-functional duties as required.</li> <li>Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following all safety procedures and company guidelines.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.&
