About the role
The Client Operations Associate II provides administrative and operational support to Addison clients and Financial Advisors while consistently meeting a high level of service and client engagement.Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:Job Duties:

- Provide administrative, operational and office management support to the team of multiple advisors & sales management, including but not limited to expense reports, birthday & holiday cards for clients/prospects & employees, managing Social Media accounts, managing mail
- Prepare and process new account paperwork according to onboarding workflows/checklist
- Respond to client questions and requests regarding accounts, policies and procedures
- Assist with establishing online access for statements, confirmations, and other services
- Audit current client activity, fund transfers, previous day’s activity to ensure accuracy and managing alerts as they appear daily
- Maintain and organize client files and records to comply with the requirements of all Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) and Insurance Agency (Agency) regulators
- Track and report on client related projects and tasks to Advisors, and document all tasks with detailed updates in CRM
- Pull & curate reports for financial advisors and/or management that may include, but not limited to, IRA Fees, household level fees, bond maturity lists, pipeline reports, large inflows, activity reports, lead reports, etc.
- Perform cash management tasks and money movement requests
- Process and document client requests (wires, checks, journals, ACH, etc.)
- Process security and account transfers as part of account closure requests
- Provide authorized tax documents and information upon request
- Expertly manage internal and external relationships, with the ability to use discretion and judgment when working matters of privacy
- Consistently leverage available tools and technology to ensure maximum efficiency
Essential Skills:
- Minimum Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- Minimum one year experience in investment support or administration, or similar experience in a client facing support role with an investment/wealth management company
- Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proven skills and commitment in meeting or exceeding member expectations and requirements
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to problem solve effectively, with strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work autonomously with proven decision-making skills and sound judgment
- Broad knowledge of investment products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Raymond James software
- Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce) and financial planning software
- Certification/License: SIE + Series 7, preferred
