Project Manager, Finance Data Operations & Solutions Team (DOST)

Role Summary:

The Data Operations and Solutions Team (DOST), serves as a techno-functional team that drives data related projects and the overall data strategy for Finance. DOST owns key data aggregators that support numerous downstream processes across both Risk and Finance, drives data solutions to ensure consistent use of authoritative sources of data, and implements effective governance and controls for management of data across the data supply chain.

This role will provide Project Management support for the entirely of DOST’s book of work supporting Finance, Treasury, and Risk. The role will be responsible for coordinating demand intake, completing regular status tracking across the portfolio and preparing reporting for Sr. Management stakeholders across Finance, Treasury and Risk for transparency into progress, summarization of issues and obstacles.
 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaboration with the functional and technical solution leads across DOST to build and maintain robust project plans 

  • Collaboration with Technology to track spend again allocated budget for all such projects in the DOST portfolio 

  • Utilize BI tools to design, build, and maintain dashboards that track project status, performance metrics, and key milestones.

  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 

  • Graduate level degree and or Project Management Professional certifications is preferred

  • 10+ years proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a large financial institution 

  • Strong technical skills in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint is a must

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to work under minimal direction and demonstrate self-starter and ownership mentality traits

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $207,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
