Senior Asset Manager - Renewables

Description

Advantage Capital is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join our renewables finance team. Applicant must have working knowledge of renewables tax credit transactions and compliance requirements. Applicant must also have the ability to independently interpret data, identify inconsistencies or noncompliance, and bring preliminary recommendations to supervisor when appropriate. Responsibilities and duties include:

• Maintain primary responsibility for assuring the quality of the transition of assets between the underwriting and asset management teams
• Recommend and develop processes and procedures to support the transition function
• Coordinate the review and analysis of conditions precedent to funding
• Ensure timely collection and tracking of financial and operational performance information related to each investment
• Work with sponsors/developers to understand and mitigate any potential performance issues related to each investment
• Analyze and interpret data collected from assets for compliance with internal metrics
• Prepare reports related to asset performance
• Other tasks as directed

• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Adobe Acrobat

Qualifications

• 5 + years of asset management work experience in renewables financing or related fields
