Sr. IT Associate, IT Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Sr. IT Associate, IT Coordinator to oversee office buildouts, IT office management, and coordinate onboarding processes. This position requires frequent travel and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Manage and execute office buildout projects.

· Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of buildouts.

· Frequent travel to different office locations as required.

IT Office Management

· Manage conference rooms, fax machines, and hardware procurement, etc.

· Oversee Verizon mobile devices and ensure their efficient deployment and management.

· Support IT aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Coordinating Onboarding

· Work closely with HR and Align to set up new users.

· Coordinate and conduct user training sessions.

· Ensure new employees have all necessary IT resources and support.

Requirements

- Proven experience in IT office management and office buildouts.

- Strong understanding of hardware procurement, conference room setups, and mobile device management.

- Experience in coordinating onboarding and training for new employees.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel frequently as required by the job.
