Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance Person (Painter)
Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs is seeking a skilled Part-Time Maintenance Person (Painter) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, with a focus on painting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform touch-ups and paint rooms as needed
- Repair and maintain various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and floors
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or maintenance person
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
