Even with treatment innovations of the last two decades, many patients with immunologic conditions continue to suffer - our goal is to fundamentally change the outcomes for these patients. </p></div><p> </p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>The Medical Outcomes Liaison (MOL) is a field-based Medical Affairs professional responsible for engaging payers and healthcare decision makers (HCDMs). This role focuses on communicating the clinical and economic value of Alumis therapies to support formulary access, reimbursement, and patient outcomes. This is a critical role supporting pre-launch and launch readiness, translating clinical and HEOR evidence into meaningful value narratives for population-based stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>• Build and maintain relationships with payers, PBMs, and health systems</p> <p>• Deliver clinical, real-world, and health economic evidence to inform access decisions</p> <p>• Support payer engagement strategy, including pre-launch activities and value communication</p> <p>• Contribute to HEOR and evidence generation plans, including AMCP dossier support</p> <p>• Gather insights on payer needs and market dynamics to inform strategy</p> <p>• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Market Access teams</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>• Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent)</p> <p>• 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, or related field</p> <p>• Experience engaging payers or healthcare decision makers strongly preferred</p> <p>• Strong understanding of HEOR, RWE, and U.S. payer landscape</p> <p>• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</p> <p> </p> <p>What You Bring:</p> <p>• Ability to translate complex data into clear, payer-relevant value insights</p> <p>• Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment</p> <p>• Strategic mindset with a focus on value-based care and patient access</p> <p>Travel: Up to ~50–75%</p> <p> </p> <p>Why Join Alumis</p> <p>• Be part of a launch-stage biotech shaping the future of TYK2 inhibition</p> <p>• Play a key role in defining the value story for a novel therapy</p> <p>• Work in a highly collaborative, science-driven Medical Affairs organization</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $200,00 to 265,000
