As part of Dennemeyer HR Operations, you will join our global team as a HRIS Administrator to maintain and improve our HR Information System - Workday.

Your tasks:

  • Ensure our HRIS system (Workday) is up-to-date, accurate and aligned with organizational needs
  • Implement and configure smaller applications, functions and features
  • Analyze HRIS performance, manage user accounts, and resolve issues
  • Create and generate HRIS reports to assist management in decision-making
  • Provide technical support and guidance to HRIS users, collaborating with HR colleagues to identify system improvements.
  • Audit regularly HRIS data for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with the IT department to maintain data security and system integration
  • Train other colleagues on using the HRIS effectively by guiding users through functionalities and new features to ensure smooth system utilization

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years min. of experience as a HRIS Administrator, preferably with Workday platform
  • Proficiency in database management and HR software
  • Analytical skills are necessary to create reports, analyze HRIS performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations is beneficial to ensure proper handling of employee data
  • Project-management skills are beneficial to be able to manage HRIS-related projects effectively
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data and thorough documentation; problem-solving skills for technical challenges
  • Organizational talent with a strong sense of service delivery and responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented working attitude
  • Self-organized and a creative team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and ownership and ability to set and manage priorities
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language than English is considered an asset
