About the opportunities:

• 1x Dental Assistant to work on a part time basis; Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays.
• 1x Dental Assistant/Receptionist to work on a casual basis; Tuesdays and some Fridays.

The Heart of the Role:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
• Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Handling payments
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
• Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

• Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
• Passionate about customer service / patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
