Associate Exploitation Project Manager

As an <strong>Associate Exploitation Project Manager,</strong> you will play a key role in developing exploitation strategies, conducting business planning, performing Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and techno-economic analyses, and ensuring the successful commercialization of research and innovation results. Additionally, you will support proposal writing for Horizon Europe Grants.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and implement exploitation strategies and business plans for Horizon Europe projects.</li> <li>Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities, business models, and commercialization pathways for research and innovation outcomes.</li> <li>Engage with project partners, external stakeholders, and industry players to support market adoption.</li> <li>Contribute to exploitation work packages (WP) and ensure effective knowledge transfer.</li> <li>Conduct Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and techno-economic analyses to assess the financial feasibility of project results (e.g. products, processes, services, etc).</li> <li>Support cost-benefit evaluations for research innovation assets.</li> <li>Conduct financial projections to assess the economic viability of research outcomes.</li> <li>Support the writing of Horizon Europe proposals, focusing on exploitation, impact, and business planning.</li> <li>Work with multidisciplinary teams to align proposals with market needs and EU priorities.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience in Horizon Europe or H2020 projects with involvement in exploitation planning.</li> <li>LCC analysis and/or techno-economic evaluation.</li> <li>Experience in proposal writing for EU-funded projects.</li> <li>Strong initiative, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>Proficient in English, and MS Office. </li> <li>Knowledge of statistical or econometric packages (would be a plus).</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>By joining <strong>Draxis</strong>, you will be able to engage with fellow professionals in your field across diverse markets, fostering valuable connections.
