Seasonal Part-Time Groundskeeper - Trellises Apartments

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team at The Trellises Apartments, a 301-unit apartment community located in Florence, Kentucky. As a Groundskeeper at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for:

• The overall upkeep of the apartment community landscape and exterior image in accordance with the Company standards
• Removal of litter and debris, maintaining the landscape, sweeping, and shoveling public spaces including driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, curbs, and dumpster areas 
• Flexible part-time work hours (up to 24 hours/week): Monday-Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm, running from June-September.

 

The ideal Groundskeeper will have:

• Basic knowledge or experience in lawn, tree, and shrub care 
• Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record along with auto insurance preferred
