Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for an MBA summer intern to join Vivint’s Customer Loyalty team and lead a strategic project (e.g., AI/Machine Learning to predict customer propensity to renew/cancel, proactive customer retention model, etc.).
This role is onsite in Lindon, UT 3-5 days a week and can be remote on other days.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a strategic project that improves customer attrition through data analysis, predictive modeling, and targeted proactive campaigns. Partner with VP and Director level leaders of our strategy, analytics, and operations team to apply a data-driven, consulting approach to drive real change.
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree

- Critical thinking skills. During your internship, you will identify trends in customer behavior, attrition, or revenue and develop creative solutions to specific problems. Internship success will involve guiding operational change
- Communicate clearly and concisely complex data as simple stories that drive action & strategies
- Vivint CX is a fast-paced technology environment with frequent change. We especially value candidates with:
- Proven track record of driving meaningful financial or customer experience changes
- Mindset to challenge ideas, make data-driven decisions, and think like a consultant
- Experience with SQL and Tableau or other dashboarding tools are strongly preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
