The opportunity
We are currently seeking for a Senior Law professional, specialized in Healthcare Law and Commercial Law, to support our Legal team of Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership and help our clients in law projects at the healthcare sectors with emphasis in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. Actively establish internal and external relationships. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues. You will also keep informed of professional standards and firm policies and procedures and effectively apply this knowledge to different client situations.

Your key responsibilities
Everything you will do will come back to providing special legal activities for our clients. To qualify for the role you must have
- 3-4 years professional working experience in Healthcare Law
- Structured and extended knowledge and understanding of the regulatory regime and compliance rules applicable to pharmaceutical and medical devices companies
- Adequate experience on civil and commercial law
- General understanding of corporate law
- Strong academic record including degree (bachelor) in Law from a Greek university
- LLM in Healthcare Law and Corporate/Commercial Law (preferably from a top ranked university)
- Skills in legal research, writing, and analysis
- Professional curiosity and self-motivation
- Substantial MS office knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- Cultivated judgment to identify appropriate courses of action
- Strong teamwork and project management skills
- Willingness to embrace a new challenge, in a non-traditional legal services environment
Ideally, you’ll also have
- prior experience in an in-house department of a pharmaceutical company;
