Role Description The Staff Field Engineer will be the technical lead for a team of Field Engineers building data center networks used by a major MSO to deliver high-speed internet, video, and voice in the Northeast Region in the United States What you will work with:

Account Management to walk out and price new jobs; and to request additional labor hours in response to customer change requests
Program Management to ensure projects are completed on time and to close jobs
customer to review project designs and execution plan
Field Engineering team to train and ensure quality

What you should know:

The fundamentals of IP networking and DOCSIS
Fiber network installation and certification
Configuration of servers and IP switches
Troubleshooting skills to be able to place installed networks into production with no unscheduled interruptions in services
