Consulting Senior Manager - Platform Security

Oracle Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Security Senior Manager to join our team! As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering Oracle cloud security solutions, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to our clients, ensuring the protection of their sensitive data and critical assets in the cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in Oracle cloud security, with a focus on securing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security 
• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and standards (e.g., CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, CIS Oracle Cloud Security Benchmark).
• Consistent track record of successfully leading and delivering complex cloud security projects on time and within budget.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred.

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of Oracle cloud security solutions for clients across various industries, with expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Provide guidance and expertise in securing Oracle Cloud, including identity and access management, application security, data encryption, and security monitoring.
• Develop and implement cloud security policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their cloud security needs and recommend tailored solutions to address their challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to drive excellence in service delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest Oracle cloud security trends, technologies, and vulnerabilities to proactively identify and address potential threats.

US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
