Salary:  $95,000 - $100,000 / year

Job Summary

As the Café Manager, you will oversee daily dining operations at Tech Corners, ensuring high-quality food service and strong client satisfaction. You’ll lead a team of associates, manage budgets, and collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal departments

• Partner with the Chef and leadership to develop and execute creative, high-quality menus

• Manage financials, including budgeting and P&L oversight

• Support and implement new culinary programs and initiatives

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts (preferred)

• 3–5 years of foodservice operations experience

• Proven experience in high-volume food production and catering

• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience

• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with a leading foodservice company
