Responsibilities:

The PeopleSoft HCM Functional Senior Analyst will support Barrow Wise's Maryland Judiciary project, and perform the following duties:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Define and capture business requirements.
• Provide design, development, testing, and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.
• Provide 2nd tier production support.
• Perform system configuration and testing.
• Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.
• Work onsite 2 days a week.

An ideal candidate has the following:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Submit three supervisory references with your resume.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, as determined by the AOC.
• Three (3) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
• Three (3) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
• Preferred: Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
• Preferred: Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
• Preferred: Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and testing and/or PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
• Preferred: Expert-level knowledge in SDLC methodology and processes, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, and REST-based webservers
• Preferred: Ability to provide expert customer service.
