Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN) at NurseCore, you'll play a pivotal role in providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients across a range of medical needs, from medically complex conditions to general medical-surgical and rehabilitation care. You'll lead patient care during your shift, demonstrate clinical expertise in the nursing process, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care
• Implement the nursing process effectively
• Supervise and delegate patient care tasks to LVN/LPNs or CNAs
• Foster teamwork with physicians and other departments
• Consider patient age in all tasks performed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current RN license in good standing in the state of employment
• Current CPR/BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS certification required for ICU nurses (must be maintained throughout employment)
