The global Employee Learning & Development (ELD) team develops results-driven and inclusive employees, leaders, & teams with the critical approaches, behaviors, & skills needed to enable Salesforce’s growth, profitability, and customer success in a healthy and balanced way. The ELD team designs and delivers development programs, owns the global coaching philosophy and related services, deploys a range of resources to equip teams for success, and builds communities of practice for Salesforce executives to connect and grow. Your Impact:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager for our Salesforce for Salesforce (S4S) programs in Employee Learning Development. As the Global Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing S4S programs, with a focus on Coaching, Mentoring & Team Development. 

Your role will involve scoping and gathering requirements for these programs, assessing resource needs and technical requirements, and ensuring alignment and communication among global stakeholders and existing program owners. 

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying suitable global technical solutions, reporting on progress and impact globally, and driving engagement and success in the S4S programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the global implementation and administration of S4S programs in Employee Learning Development.
  • Partner with S4S programs across the company
  • Scope and gather requirements for Coaching, Mentoring & Team Development programs.
  • Manages the internal communities of practice, including outreach, onboarding, communication, training, and ongoing development for our volunteer communities
  • Assess resourcing needs and technical requirements for the programs
  • Bring together global stakeholders and existing program owners to ensure alignment and effective communication on progress.
  • Identify appropriate global technical solutions, leveraging existing solutions used elsewhere in the business.
  • Report on progress, impact, and insights of the S4S programs globally.
  • Acts as the communications lead for activities and updates with relevant Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator communities related to the programs.
  • Deliver monthly training on Coaching and Teaming basics for new coaches and facilitators in partnership with team leads.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership/Organization Development (OD) would be an asset or equivalent experience & demonstrated aptitude
  • Applicable facilitation and coaching certification(s) strongly desired
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business as a program manager, preferably all in the learning and development space.
  • A strong understanding of coaching & team coaching methodologies: ideally a certified/practicing coach.
  • Comfortable with facilitating team events and workshops (in-person and virtually).
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management at all levels of an organization.
