Senior Product Manager, Monetization

Work closely with our Product Lead for specific guidance on monetization strategies.</li><li>Engaging in regular communication with Product Designers and Engineers to develop and refine product features. Participate actively in ideation sessions to ensure the alignment and feasibility of initiatives.</li><li>Collaborating with Data Analysts to gather and analyze data, making informed decisions to optimize the user experience. Identify drop-out rates and devise strategies to improve completion rates.</li><li>Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and preferences. Use insights to inform product decisions and enhance user satisfaction.</li><li>Running experiments and A/B tests with precision, guiding us toward growth by enhancing user retention and engagement and setting the stage for our app to be a market leader.</li></ul><br/><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong><br/><br/>Your efforts will impact the business by:<br/><br/><ul><li>Creating and refining our product roadmap to position our app as a market leader and ensure it remains responsive to the evolving needs of our users.</li><li>Establishing a collaborative relationship with the Marketing team to align on strategic goals and turn vision into reality.
