Senior Program Manager (Engineering & Surveying) : Right of Way (Austin District)

TxDOT Austin District is seeking a highly autonomous Senior Program Manager (Technical Project Manager II) to oversee advanced engineering, architectural, and surveying projects for our Right of Way Department in Austin, TX. This role serves as a primary leader in project planning, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. You will be directly accountable for project integrity and will serve as the lead worker for multiple Department survey parties and contracted entities. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a "self-supervising" capacity and possesses a deep technical understanding of both civil infrastructure and geospatial information systems (GIS). This position operates in a hybrid capacity between office settings and outdoor field environments.
