Senior UX Design

Design and develop the user experience for design system and features that supports NXP’s entire digital estate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new interfaces, applications, and web properties. Assist in new features, functionality, and the overall system developed to follow a user-centered design process and consider appropriate technology platforms. Responsible for high-quality user interface designs, graphics, mock-ups and layouts for both new and existing web applications and emerging platforms. Create wireframes, mockups, sitemaps, storyboards, prototypes, and user flows that accommodate both responsive and adaptive layouts. Designing for various platforms and new websites and landing pages. Design strategy assistance for new engineering requirements, and design consultancy to keep the accessibility and brand alignment of the main website and third-party site integrated platforms. Perform quality assurance testing and release checkout of the most important digital products for mass market. Translate business and product requirements to interface design and support the development teams through the product release process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Interactive Media Design, foreign equivalent or related field.

Three (3) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, Digital Design Engineer, Verification Engineer, Marketing Communications Engineer or related occupations.

Required skills:

Position requires three (3) years of experience in:

• UX/UI design development across global digital estate;
• User research, wireframing, prototyping;
• UX/UI quality assurance testing;
• Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma;
• Adobe Analytics;
• HTML, CSS and Javascript; and
• JIRA.
