Job Description

• Being the single-point-of-contact for the Demand Requester;
• Organizing the evaluation and staffing of incoming demands;
• Being responsible to set-up teams for projects and activities quickly and efficiently to fulfil customer requirements;
• Closing the collaboration with other Demand Managers and with Resource Managers;
• Creating transparency of all demands for the specific Community;
• Organizing the escalation of demands in the Demand Board in case of capacity or skill constraints;
• Being responsible for the standardization of the Demand and Resource Management process;
• Ensuring data quality in the specific planning - tool  (Resources, Resource Pools, Staffing Quality)l
• Acting responsible for requirements in case of analysis of different stakeholders (Time recording, abolishment of redundant reporting processes e.g.);
• Collecting and creating of Use Cases;
• Exchanging with IT department;
• Acting as Subject Coordinator Tasks from time to time for complex projects in the area of automation.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics or similar subjects;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, supply chain or logistics (such as demand planning, production planning and/or distribution planning;
• Proficiency with MS Office: MS Excel – Pivot Tables, V-look up;
• Basic working knowledge of SAP preferred;
• Fluent in English, other languages e. g. German as ​​an advantage;
• High initiative and ability to work independently as well as an integral member of a team, logical/analytical thinking, authority and persuasive power;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving skills;
• Ability to work in international and intercultural environment;
• Opportunity to travel.
