<p>Capability &amp; Leadership Development Senior Specialist</p> <p> </p> <p>Glanbia </p> <p>  </p> <p align="center">Join this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life’s journey </p> <p>   </p> <p>The Opportunity </p> <p> </p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Capability &amp; Leadership Development, the Capability &amp; Leadership Development Senior Specialist plays a key role in shaping and executing our global approach to build future ready capability and leadership to accelerate the delivery of our growth strategy.</p> <ul> <li>Partners closely with Capability &amp; Leadership Development team, wider HR team and businesses to execute our strategy through a multi-year roadmap delivering against agreed priorities. </li> <li>Designs, develops and delivers capability &amp; leadership development initiatives to build skills and capabilities in line with needs across our diverse business areas, markets and regions.</li> <li>Brings deep expertise in designing and successfully implementing holistic experiences and solutions for the continued learning and development of leadership at all levels globally.</li> <li>Plays a key role in building and extending our capability development academy to advance critical skills and business capability.</li> <li>Brings strategic insight and innovations based on a deep knowledge of business needs, and leading learning and development practices and market trends.</li> <li>Supports in embedding global leadership capability model across the integrated talent management processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent assessment and learning, working in close partnership with BU stakeholders.</li> <li>Measures and evaluates effectiveness and impact of strategies, solutions and processes to ensure fit for purpose and continuous improvement. </li> <li>Brings a consultative approach and analytical skills to distil and communicate key insights, and inform future strategies and solutions.</li> </ul> <p> The Skills you will bring to the team</p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline with post-graduate qualification desirable. </li> <li>Member of a relevant Professional body preferable – e.g., SHRM, CIPD, IITD </li> <li>Licensed in occupational psychometric tools desirable preferable e.g., StrengthsFinder, DISC, EQi </li> <li>Previous experience working in a fast-paced global environment, focused on integrated talent management, leadership development, learning and capability development. </li> <li>Expertise in designing, developing and delivering impactful talent, learning and leadership solutions aligned to people and business needs.</li> <li>Proven record of successfully working globally to shape and deliver on talent, learning and leadership strategies.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of enterprise HR technology e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors and emerging technology solutions</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Where and how you will work  </p> <p>The opportunity will be based in Head office<u> Kilkenny</u> OR <em>Citywest, Dublin 24</em> with hybrid working arrangements available through our <a href="https://careers.glanbia.com/content/Smart-Working/?locale=en_GB" target="_blank">Smart working model</a> which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.  </p> <p>  </p> <p>What we would like to offer you!  </p> <p>The opportunity to develop your career on a global stage, continuous learning through an on-demand learning platform, and a competitive compensation package including staff discounts</p> <p> </p> <p>About Glanbia  </p> <p>The Glanbia Group comprises three divisions: <a href="https://www.glanbia.com/about/our-business/glanbia-performance-nutrition" target="_blank">Glanbia Performance Nutrition</a>, <a href="https://www.glanbia.com/about/our-business/glanbia-nutritionals" target="_blank">Glanbia</a><u> Nutritional's,</u> and <a href="https://www.glanbia.com/about/our-business/other-joint-ventures" target="_blank">Joint Ventures</a>.
