Location: Various preschool locations throughout the area (Philadelphia/Newtown Square)
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 8–10 hours/week coaching + 1–2 hours/week admin

Amazing Athletes Karate Zoo is looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic coach to join our team! We teach fun, fitness-based karate classes for children ages 3–6, blending important principles like strength, discipline, focus, and balance with plenty of movement, music, and play.

While our classes introduce real karate techniques, we aren’t a traditional dojo—our priority is helping kids fall in love with fitness, build confidence, and have a blast!

Schedule:

• Must be available Monday through Friday from 9:00am–12:00pm (classes run in 2–3 hour blocks)
• Flexible start date
• Great opportunity for coaches, fitness instructors, educators, and anyone passionate about working with kids!

Job Duties:

• Lead engaging karate classes at partner preschools
• Bring energy, positivity, and creativity to every session
• Track belt progress for students and help coordinate belt ceremonies
• Communicate with schools and parents about student progress and scheduling

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must love working with children and have a playful, energetic personality
• Prior experience with kids, fitness, martial arts, or teaching is a plus
• Reliable transportation to preschools in the area
• Must be able to pass all required background checks (state + federal clearances for working with children)
