The Role

Entegris is currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join our Operations team. This position will be based in our Reno facility. 

 

In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations within the Reno, NV facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant material flows. This role drives operational excellence through strong leadership, crossfunctional collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team while maintaining a strong safety culture and demonstrating Entegris’ PACE values: People, Accountability, Creativity, Excellence. 

  • Implement and sustain 5S practices across warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas. 

  • Optimize material flows, warehouse processes, and operational procedures. 

  • Establish, track, and analyze KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements utilizing tiered daily management program 

  • Ensure accurate preparation and processing of hazardous material export documentation (DOT, IATA, IMDG) and maintain compliance with internal policies. 

  • Interface with government agencies to clarify and maintain regulatory requirements. 

  • Manage freight and daily small‑package domestic and international shipping schedules; support and train direct reports; oversee DRF procedures. 

  • Maintain regulated material storage areas (flammable and corrosive bays). 

  • Partner with Production, Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, and EH&S to support demand fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and reduction initiatives. 

  • Support corrective action processes (ECAPAs, QNs) and maintain updated work instructions and SOPs. 

  • Lead and support safety programs, monthly safety touches, and Entegris Safety Processes (ESP). 

  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives and productivity savings. 

  • Assist with training, policy implementation, and departmental communication. 

What We Seek 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably in a hazardous materials environment. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience strongly preferred. 

  • Must hold or be able to obtain IATA certification. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change across functions. 

  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and dangerous goods compliance. 

  • APICS certification preferred.
