Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the agency and/or client with day-to-day program management, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking.
  • Assist with the development of program presentations/manual instructions for clients and researches third-party vendors and organizations and facilitate partnerships.
  • Perform project management duties for program execution to ensure deliverables are consistently completed on time while supporting agency partners with the facilitation of deliverables and updates.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with agency team members in all departments and/or clients to deliver timely information and reports.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent job-related experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in agency or account coordinator role, consumer promotions
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment; analytical and research skills
  • Team building skills
  • Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained

Primary role is to assist with project management details throughout the promotional planning and execution process.

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support for agency and/or client with day-to-day program management, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking 
  • Assist with the development of program presentations/manual instructions for clients and researches third party vendors and organizations and facilitate partnerships
  • Perform project management duties for program execution to ensure deliverables are consistently completed on time while supporting agency partners with facilitation of deliverables and updates

Minimum Qualifications

 

Education Level: (Required)    Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

                                   

Field of Study/Area of Experience:  Marketing or equivalent job-related experience

 

3-5 years of experience in agency or account coor
