United Trades of America is seeking a Freelance Commercial Plumbing Estimator on behalf of one of our contractors.

This contractor is a small but fast-growing plumbing company experiencing an increase in project volume and in need of dependable estimating support. They are looking for an estimator who can work on a per-project basis with reliable turnaround times of 24-72 hours, depending on project size.

Responsibilities Include:

• Detailed and accurate material takeoffs

• Precise labor hour estimating

• Complete commercial plumbing bid breakdowns

• Ability to work as needed with consistent reliability

• Strong communication and timely delivery

Software:
Please list the estimating or bidding software you currently use (e.g., Trimble/Accubid, FastPIPE, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.).

Compensation:
Paid per project.

To ensure a strong match, you will begin with estimating a project already awarded and previously estimated in-house. Your estimate will be compared for accuracy and alignment.
